As Chairman of John Swire & Sons (H.K.) Limited and Swire Pacific Limited, Guy Bradley is tasked with setting the Company’s strategic direction for the future. He is also the Chairman of one of Hong Kong’s largest real estate developers, Swire Properties. Its shopping malls are home to more than 2,100 retail outlets, while its offices house a working population estimated to be over 71,000 people, and are considered iconic developments in Hong Kong and beyond.

With a distinguished career at Swire spanning almost 40 years, Bradley is instrumental in stewarding one of Asia’s most venerable conglomerates. His leadership has been pivotal to expanding Swire’s property developments, particularly in Mainland China, demonstrating his deep understanding of place-making, long-term value creation, and the symbiotic relationship between world-class infrastructure and community vitality.
