Human lives are getting longer, more varied, and less linear. As careers stretch across multiple chapters and individuals navigate reinvention, transition, and renewal, a central question emerges: How do people continue to grow, contribute, and find purpose across an extended lifespan?
This conversation explores the principles of generativity in a long-life world: the mindsets and practices that enable individuals to remain engaged, curious, and impactful in mid-life and beyond. The session examines what research reveals about thriving across life stages and how intentional learning, community, and reflection support meaningful evolution throughout adulthood.
