Intan was appointed Chief Operating Officer of UChicago Hong Kong Campus and Booth Asia in 2020.
She oversees day-to-day administrative and campus operational functions of the Hong Kong Campus and Booth Asia, supporting various programs and events, developing efficient campus operations strategies, processes and standards to ensure a cohesive growth and expansion strategy which steers the campus' future in a positive direction.
She joined Chicago Booth in Singapore in 1999 after a successful career in operations and finance in pharmaceutical, manufacturing and logistics companies in Australia, Indonesia and Singapore. She brought her rich experience and collegial work style to Booth to establish Booth’s presence in Asia moving quickly from her Administration Manager role to her ultimate position as Managing Director of the Booth’s Executive MBA program in Asia.
Intan arrived in Hong Kong in 2019 after spending four years managing the Executive MBA Program in Europe and Operations of the London Campus for Booth. She has been an indispensable partner for Booth, the University and our community of faculty, students and staff in her various roles throughout her career at the school.
Intan has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University of New South Wales in Australia and a Master of Business Administration degree from State University of New York at Buffalo in US.
