Designed to recognize outstanding events that have reshaped the landscape across North Asia, the Marketing Events Awards ceremony hosted hundreds of experts at the Kowloon Shangri-La July 11th. This year, UChicago Hong Kong’s heritage exhibition “Tram Tales: 120 Years of Hong Kong Tramways” was awarded the bronze prize for “Best Exhibition”.
With significant support from Hong Kong Tramways and the Hong Kong Trams Culture Preservation Society, the UChicago Campus in Hong Kong curated its first-ever tram exhibition at the Heritage Interpretation Centre to celebrate the 120th anniversary of Hong Kong's historic transportation.
This year, over 440 organizations entered the competition. The University of Chicago was honored to be recognized for this prestigious award.
